Are there parking facilities?
Yes, there are numerous public parking spaces around our hotel. A day ticket costs €5 (can also be used via the EasyPark app). Parking is free at night from 20:00 to 08:00 and on Sundays. Please note the restrictions on market days (Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday).
Is there an underground parking garage or charging stations for electric cars?
Yes, there is an underground parking garage with parking facilities in the Schillergalerie (200 m away). There are also four e-charging stations in Hüblerstraße, just a few minutes’ walk away.
Can I store my bike safely?
Yes, there is a secure storage facility for bicycles in the entrance area of the hotel.
Can I rent a bike on site?
Yes, we offer bike rental for €10 per day. Alternatively, bikes can also be rented at Körnerplatz or via the MOBIbike system.

How does check-in & check-out work?
Check-in is possible from 15:00 and takes place via a key code, which you will receive by email 24 hours before your arrival. This gives you the flexibility to arrive at any time. Check-out is possible until 10:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is also possible on request.
Is there Wi-Fi and a smart TV in the rooms?
Yes, free high-speed WiFi (up to 1000 Mbit/s download via fiber optics) is available in all rooms and apartments. In addition, all TVs have a smart function with Netflix dial-up option.
Are the rooms barrier-free?
The apartments are barrier-free and accessible at ground level. There is no elevator in the main building and the rooms are located on the ground floor. 1st and 2nd floor .
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the main house, as the rooms are allergy-friendly. Dogs are allowed in the apartments on request (€10 surcharge per night).

When is breakfast served?
Our extended continental breakfast is offered at the following times:
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 – 10:00 a.m.
- Weekends & public holidays: 8:00 – 10:30 a.m.
- Breakfast from 7:00 a.m. In exceptional cases on request
We offer packed lunches for a very early breakfast.
What dishes are offered at breakfast?
Our breakfast is intercontinental, wholesome, partly organic, regional and seasonal. It includes rolls, bread, boiled eggs, cakes, cereals, porridge, seeds, seeds, jams and other sweet spreads, sausage, cheese, herb quark, yogurt, egg, fruit, vegetables, salads and savory spreads.
We also offer filter coffee, milk, tea, orange juice, oat drink and mineral water. Gluten-free baked goods and vegan food are also available.
How much does breakfast cost?
Breakfast costs €10 per person and can be added either directly when booking or on site. Guests who are not staying with us pay €15 per person.
